Georgia-Pacific Chemicals manufactures an extensive line of PHENOLIC RESINS for foundry applications.

Our solid RESI-FLAKE® resins were developed for use in the production of foundry shell molds and cores by the hot-sand process. Liquid RESI-SHELL® resins are used in the production of foundry shell molds and cores by the warm air sand process. RESI-SET® liquid resins are specifically designed for the foundry no-bake process. These products feature varying degrees of melt points, tensile strength and peel-back resistance. There is also a line of phenolic powders for use in shell glue binders.
